The University of Cincinnati Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal (“IPCLJ”) is a student-run law journal dedicated to furthering knowledge associated with the research and practice of intellectual property law, computer and technology law, and related fields concerning domestic and international media and telecommunications policy.
Aims & Scope
IPCLJ’s purpose is to provide an opportunity for students interested in intellectual property and computer law to refine their legal writing skills, gain valuable experience with the publication process, and build lasting relationships with practitioners and legal scholars alike. In pursuit of this purpose, the IPCLJ strives to offer a variety of content and implement an efficient publication process suitable for technology industries.
